What are the most meaningful topics you try to represent in your work?

With my artworks I always try to recreate a kind of exotism not always referible to a certain etnic group or religion, I mix oriental filosophies with post-digital technological aesthetic. I’m a digital-render living on a reality that is always becoming more and more synthetic and ethereal. Narcisism not as a psycosis because through the trasfiguration of my figure I get closer to other culture and beings. I loose identity to find many others. I belive in mass spiritual growth, I belive in human as the only gods coocreator of the universe.

Who are the artists who encouraged you to create and why?

Actually my very first passion was Films and everything about Holliwod, when I was a kid I dreamed becoming a famous Holliwood actor, thank god growing I forgot that dream. The real will to create real art started when I found out the existence of the Icelandic singer Bjork, everything about her inspired me so much; of course the music and her voice and the emotion she gave me but also all the amazing collaborations with great various artists she made through the years.

How did you find your own style ?

I can’t explain how I find my own style from the very first time I started making my drowings (very similar to the digital work I make today). Maybe I got a lack, maybe I’m obsessed.

What do you think about the new art trends?

I think there are many problems people discussing about in contemporary art, but I think that art has never been more free and there are such amazing artworks coming out from collaborations between great artists. With internet the diffussion of arts and thoughts is very fast creating a dynamism never existed before.

Why did you choose this technique to create your work?

I used to express myself with drawings till a short time ago. With time I got bored becouse I had so many ideas but I took too long to realize them. After my first experimentation with my body and later with photoshop I found how to rapresent those stuff in a faster, performative and very funny way.

Tell us about your creative process.

I mix very different media on my works. I use my body, I paint my skin, I interact with the ambientation or I just “dance“ with my arms or my belly.
I’m the photographer and my only model, during photo/video shooting I try to set my self in a deep trance state. Either if I have an assistant or not I always enjoy my self during my artworks.
